Great learning curve plus rarely people on bottom of the food chain get exposed to clients in such a way at other consulting firms.

1. Weak bench strength, high dependent on few resources to deliver majority of the projects. 2. Unrealistic timelines of delivery. 3. Majority teams have more freshers that impacts the delivery as they lack experience.
