6yWe definitely appreciate your feedback and certainly value the time you were with us! At the end of the day, our goal is to provide a quality service to our partners, and that often requires a multi-tiered approach of quality assurance. Having various sets of eyes on client accounts and the work that's being performed is a commitment we have to our clients to ensure they are getting the results they contracted for. In addition, we love hiring fresh talent that sometimes comes with little experience, requiring a bit more direction in the first few months of employment. As for trust, we are firm believers that this is built, and have a great group of people that are trusted with every bit of their job. Our open door communication policies at Practis ensure everyone's ideas are heard, and based on employee feedback we have implemented a work from home program while keeping client commitments and our industry regulations as key variables in the development of said program. And as a company that prides itself on security and compliance, we do have internal security procedures that are not for tracking purposes but to comply to various federal mandates.
