Because of that, we do have to be sure that we are meeting our goals and providing clients with updates in a consistent manner. Should an employee not be able to meet those goals, management certainly does have to task and monitor things. In addition, we're always focused on training our employees, which does require a level of quality control from management. We also would never leave fake reviews in order to buffer things, and can assure you that the review in question was written by a great former employee.
