Good Time off allowance. Nothing else

- Overworked employees - Bad Compensation - Bad Management - Terrible Direction - No Market Adjustments for pay - No Bonus Pay - No Bonuses - Bad Project Management flow - Inconsistent performance reviews - No work/life balance. This company has a litany of issues. Most, if not all clients are unhappy with the processes they have in place.

Strongish culture, decent group of relatively talented people

Cons

Target client base is tricky to sell to. They want the moon, the sun, and the stars. Need to be overpromised to to close a deal. Then they get mad when the implimentation requires more customization and the contract gets cancelled.
