Pros
Practicus have an excellent vision for how to improve recruitment as a sector and they have some inspiring leaders such as Boyd, Paul Wandless, David Webb and Ben Culora (who I wish I had the chance of working with more closely). They pay well and have a good training structure (If followed and supported by management).
Cons
Unfortunately, my experience (which is all I can speak of) was that they have other managers in the business that do not believe in the company values and undermine the business. I was personally subjected to a manager checking all of my emails and generally belittling everything that wasn't his idea, ultimately leaving you unable to make decisions on your own. I was also told that it "wasn't ideal" for me to leave on time to go and see my grandmother in hospital as I hadn't hit my targets, she subsequently passed away 3 days later (luckily enough I got sacked before that and got time to do the important things in life).
