Pros

- The main advantage is our EdTech product which we are really proud of. It makes us sincerely mission driven without all this corporate trash. I mean it. - The team is amazing. It becomes more and more diverse and inclusive since we work with three locations: Practicum USA, Practicum LatAm and Practicum New Markets. - The atmosphere is really supportive and friendly. Even if there are some huge political issues (like it was with our Ukrainian and Russian teammates for example), the leadership is ready to help with relocation, psychological support and just provide some time to solve personal circumstances. Really human friendly attitude. I personally know examples when foreign companies just closed their offices there and fired all employees. It's impossible to imagine such cynical behaviour at Practicum. - If you face any issues with teammates, please just inform about it other people who can understand you and they will pay attention to any kind of conflict. They do care about good climate for everyone. - Flexibility for part- and full-time employees (I mean schedules, geography and style of work). I will be happy if this feedback helps to decide if you should join the company. My answer was yes and still no regrets. My favourite employer so far.

Cons

- Fast growing startup with usual mess :D But there are more and more good and organised processes, it's amazing to be a part of it and see results of your work.

Pros

I recently had the opportunity to work as a Lead Consultant for Practicum's online bootcamp and it was an incredible experience. The company culture is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on innovation and delivering high-quality education to students. As a Lead Consultant, I was responsible for working with students to develop and implement their projects, and I was impressed by the level of support and resources that Practicum provided. The online bootcamp curriculum was well-structured and comprehensive, and the team of instructors was knowledgeable and passionate about helping students succeed. In addition, Practicum is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive workplace, and I felt valued as an employee. The company's commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident in the team and the curriculum, and I appreciated the opportunity to be part of such a positive community. Overall, I would highly recommend Practicum's online bootcamp to anyone looking to further their skills and grow their career. The experience was challenging, but incredibly rewarding, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Cons

While my experience at Practicum was largely positive, there were a few areas for improvement. One challenge was the workload, as the Lead Consultant role can be demanding at times. However, the team was always available to offer support and resources when needed. Another aspect that could be improved is the technology platform used for the online bootcamp. While it was functional, it could benefit from some updates and additional features to enhance the student experience. Despite these challenges, I believe that Practicum is a great company that is dedicated to delivering high-quality education and supporting its employees. I would highly recommend the Lead Consultant role to anyone who is passionate about education and wants to make a difference in the lives of students.
