Pros

Great resume experience, great working hours

Cons

Small business so whenever Toni or wade want to change the rules they can. HIGH turnover rate, many hands in accounts. Pointing fingers when unsure and many hands touch these accounts. NO Maternity leave. PICKY and CHOOSEY about who can and can’t work from home based upon bosses liking to that person. Hires family and close friends they get special treatment opposed to new hires from her staffing agency she likes to use or the school she gets high schoolers/inters from to do advanced level work with no higher compensation. Also you will be working in an old abandoned house in Winder that is a old hole. No insulation it’s freezing in winter and hot as hell at summer. Also extremely Low pay with NO raises regularly.

Pros

This employer saw my resume on Indeed.com and reached out to me for an interview. That is the only positive thing I can say-or maybe a warning to other candidates they contact.

Cons

People are hired and fired, it is like a revolving door. The benefits are not good, but the employee handbook that was sent to me via mail said they pay 50% of the insurance cost. After two days on the job, I asked about the benefits and was told they do not offer medical/dental or vision benefits. Only a few employees have been there for about 5 years. It seems the new hires are used to get some of the work done, or caught up, then they let you go for not being a good fit. They will work you till your earnings are still below the unemployment minimum, so they do not have to pay unemployment to you (I was let go after 3 1/2 weeks).
