      Pros

      If you’re new to the industry they have an apprenticeship program that will pay for your schooling while you work. But be cautious, they will take advantage.

      Cons

      Upper management and support is non existent. You must already be a thriving stylist for them to slightly care about you. Also if you don’t fit into their “clique” or “mold” Good luck.

      -Many opportunities for classes and education. -Flexible schedule. -Depending on location, great colleagues.

      -Late nights/early mornings/weekend work sometimes depending on shifts.

      The only pro was that they trained me (months into my time here, long after I should have been trained)

      Cons

      Expected perfection without training. Catty, teenage girl behavior, from managers too. Disrespected my schedule needs.
