1. Long working hours at Site. Staring from 5 am to 5 pm. It can go up to 10 Pm also. 2. Low Salaries to Qualified engineers 3. No Value for Qualification. 4. Personnel who doesn't even know to read of write in English will dominate over Well qualified engineers, just because a. They are good at site work b. They are relatives of Top management personnel. 5. There is no Work - Life Balace. Because once you get into this organization as a site engineer or any site personnel, then forget about having a life. There is only work.
