      Nice company outings and events.

      Cons

      Insurance premiums are very high, especially for a family, in the range of $1,600+/month, even for an HMO, which is very difficult to afford on the average employee's salary.

      - Great management team. - Excellent training and they help with certification - Great overall atmosphere

      Cons

      - Can be long hours at times depending on what is going on with your communities. - Board members can be a handful. - Can be very stressful, especially if you are not extremely organized.
