      Powernet offers great opportunities to all its employees to grow within the organization. The culture here is amazing and we all strive to support one another, because we care about each other and about the company as a whole. Powernet understands the importance of work/life balance and offers lots of flexibility.

      Cons

      It is a small company, so people wearing multiple hats and juggling several things at once can become an issue, but people are generally willing to lend a helping hand whenever we need it

      Our VP of Engineering leads with vision and integrity. He genuinely cares about building a collaborative environment where innovation and personal growth thrive. His open-door policy and willingness to mentor have made a significant impact on my career development

      Cons

      Our VP of Engineering is an exceptional leader who drives innovation and supports the team’s growth. I only wish he were local to Florida so we could have more in-person collaboration and face time, as his insights are always valuable.

      - Friendly Team - Well Paced Workload - Supportive and Helpful HR Team - Amazing Vacation Time - Team Leaders are Engaged and Actively Growing Members This is one of the few places that say it's a work Family, but actually take care of you as such.

      To be fair, there really aren't any cons. It's a good team and a great place to work for.
