      Depends on the team you’re in, but in my experience: Outdated systems Lots of internal of bureaucracy, and very siloed At the present time, very little opportunity for further growth/advancement

      They offered competitive pay for my position.

      Cons

      I had an extremely poor experience working with this company. Management was poor, the "higher ups" were consistently inappropriate when discussing personal business and bashing previous employees that worked for them. It felt as if I was in high school again dealing with teenage girls and not "professional men". I would not recommend this company or ever work for them again. BEWARE!!!!
