      Pros

      Its a decent sized company. The team is amazing. They are distributed. So you learn from so many cultures. Leadership is amazing. For a startup that is scaling up, it is rare to see CxOs periodically doing 121 with front line staff, leadership team actively listening to the feedback and implementing them. It is a pleasure to work at Powerledger.

      Cons

      Initially it was timezone issues. But overtime, the teams understood how to manage and work with the overlaps.

      Lot of work if you enjoy challenges.

      Cons

      Poor management and sloppy communication across teams. Some take their jobs more seriously than others. No company direction and understaffed. Basic competencies missing across the board. Compensation is way below market.
