      Supportive management Very advanced tech Distributed team building distributed software for distributed energy and EAC management Trailblazers Very smart engineering team esp the current one that enjoy working for fulfilment.

      Cons

      None. As a startup sometimes things change quickly (some people don't like it). But it is expected, and this could actually be a blessing.

      Cons

      Poor management and sloppy communication across teams. Some take their jobs more seriously than others. No company direction and understaffed. Basic competencies missing across the board. Compensation is way below market.
