Pros

Most of the employees are friendly and try to be helpful.

Cons

Upper management may want to reconsider telling employees personal information regarding other managers. I. E. We’re working with X on their management skills, they used to be worse then they are now, however we decided to promote X into a superior position regardless. Employees should be reserved about giving higher ups (owners) feed back regarding areas that the company shows weakness in, even when encouraged to share so they can make proper improvements (false advertisement). Employees comment to new hires that every day they are fearful of losing their jobs. They have concerns but wont voice them due to being worried they’ll get fired (which they will). If the manager you are working under doesn’t care for you they will make sure you are called out repeatedly to senior management, yet won’t provide you with proper learning tools, and will treat you like you are beneath them. Senior management seems to condone and encourage this type of behavior.

Pros

-Great peers to work with. Thats where you learn everything.

Cons

-No one has any idea what they are doing. I genuinely have no idea how they are still in business. -There are no SOPs for anything. All guideline and processes are in a teams chat. Again, teams chats run a business. -All decisions are based on feelings and not data -They treat our contractors like dogs s*** and backcharge them for anything that is our fault to avoid us paying. -They let clients run all over everyone, even when the clients' requests go directly against our contract. -Senior managment care about fake metrics like proposals. It doesnt matter how much business is generated as long as you have proposals. So $1mil in proposals with $0 in generated revenue makes you a top contributor. -Nice people but they will stab you in the back when you are not looking
