Pros

Fast paced environment with many exciting projects to work on even as a junior dev. The other guys on staff are more than willing to teach you.

Cons

Always lots of projects going on, so if you don't like being busy it may not be what you want.

Pros

Working with great people before they or yourself leaves. Desks that adjust height. nice hardware to work on. Friday company lunches.

Cons

Current employees have a saying "I would quit but i can't afford the lawsuit." Very valid statement. The people who have been there longest have been for only ~2 years. This is not a startup, it has been around since 2006 with current ownership. Expect poor pay in any position you take, support, development, sales... no one makes > 50k salary. Also no reviews or raises. The owner has no knowledge of proper software development practices and cycles yet still micromanages it. The saying "Jam it in the hole" is used a lot when describing the addition of new features. Every position and project is micromanaged by the owner. He will give additional duties randomly and expect them to be done by the end of the day in addition to the normal work production. Every time a person quits there is usually a meeting or he will discuss with others privately about why they left. He makes up the most sicking and twisted conspiracy theories about their sexual life in combination with accusing them on being on the pay of a competitor who is out to get him.
