      Pros

      I really cannot think of one. If you think having a decent computer is a 'pro', then I guess there is that.

      Cons

      All the negative reviews here are accurate. I spent time at Powercode, and have observed the same kind of events happening regularly. I left due to the awful working conditions there. I would not trust the positive reviews, as mentioned in the negative reviews, you can come to the Milwaukee PHP meetup (just use a search engine to find the URL) and meet, in person, many ex-employees of Powercode that will confirm the negative reviews here.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment with many exciting projects to work on even as a junior dev. The other guys on staff are more than willing to teach you.

      Cons

      Always lots of projects going on, so if you don't like being busy it may not be what you want.
