      Pros

      Most of my valuable engineering skills were taught here. Going back to class after a couple semesters here showed me that university education just doesn't cut it.

      Cons

      The pay for full time engineers isn't great so I didn't try to work with them after college.

      Pros

      Excellent working environment that encourage collaboration and growth. Supportive and approachable management team, always willing to assist. Hire International Students on OPT and offers H-1B sponsorship. Salary Increments and Multiple Bonuses every year. You don't have to worry about food while working here.

      Cons

      Limited flexibility for remote work; the company discourages work-from-home arrangements.
