I have never worked at a company with such a diverse team. You can see this on an individual contributor level all the way to the leadership team. It is a breath of fresh air after a career in homogenous work environments with the usual white male leadership. There is a lot of trust in the employees, as long as we get our jobs done we can structure our work days with a lot of flexibility which is really helpful for work life balance. The spirit is of collaboration and support, everyone is happy to help out a new comer or roll up their sleeves and help a colleague out.
