      Good pay and benefits. Potential to become a good company. New management (2019) might make it happen but this remains to be seen.

      Cons

      Company is struggling with an identity crisis. Wants to be a software company but does not have the expertise or strategy to do so. Stuck in the 90s / consulting model.

      Extremely stable business model, remote friendly workplace, always enough work to keep everyone very busy.
