Pros

Short time work. Only apply if you want to be burned out by week 3.

Cons

When you get hired they will tell you that overtime is by volunteering only. After your first week they will ask for “hero’s” to stay late or work weekends if you don’t volunteer you’ll lose the project you are working on. If you do volunteer you’ll be work 12 hours + on the weekends and if the job doesn’t get done you’ll be blamed even if you don’t have the parts to finish the project. Insurance is terrible it cost. They will bring in weekend works to do a job but if they make a mistake it’s your job to fix it. Management doesn’t care about you. They will walk through the shop and complain that it isn’t clean enough. If you don’t have a relationship with the owners you won’t go anywhere within the company. Don’t expect to have a home life you’ll be at work or on the road.
