Love working at Power BDC. One of the best places I've been with amazing bosses that care about their employees.

Cons

Dealerships all around the country so sometimes hours are a little funky

Pros

Remote Opportunities, Semi-Flexible Scheduling, Amenities.

Cons

Disorganized chaos is the best way to summarize this company. The owners are a husband/wife duo that do not seem to have the proper working knowledge on how to run a business, or a marriage. They are not malicious people, but boy are they rough around the edges. Constant arguments between each other that everyone can hear is just the tip of the iceberg. Do not expect to have a normal work life here. Mountains are made of molehills due to the over-reactive owners. This unnerving behavior seeps into the employees and their environment like an anxiety-filled gas chamber. Very seldom did I find myself having a good day at work. This was usually when the owners were not present. This is a company that is essentially a call center for automotive dealerships. The owners lie to the dealerships to get their business by pretending that they know how to use their software that is used to receive leads. Meanwhile, behind the scenes everyone is running around with their heads chopped off trying to quickly learn how to use said software, so they do not look foolish. If they were not able to get away with it, they are quick to blame their employees for being at fault. Pointing fingers and putting people below them seems to be something that makes the owners sleep better at night.
