Pros

Small company building a software that could have broad ranging impact on the image of integrative medicine. Good benefit package. Competitive salary.

Cons

They have no believable company mission, don't know their own identity and severely lack experienced executive leadership. Good leaders inspire others and take ownership of bad decisions, bad leaders blame others and use them as a shield to protect their own ineptness. Blaming others for senior management incompetence is the pattern at P2P. If you like passive aggressive behavior and getting thrown under the bus then this just might be your dream company. The company is now located entirely in IL. IT and Product Development was located in CA not as a strategic vision but because of a selfish leader putting himself first and now that leader is gone and all the people in CA who invested their career in P2P are looking for jobs. If you're thinking about working here then ask about R&D, finances and a plan for the future. Ask about the attrition rate and then ask yourself if you can trust the answers. This is a niche software company that any of the larger EMR's could crush in a blink or even another startup with the right leadership team and a good strategic plan could leave everyone in the IL office looking for jobs just like those in CA.

Pros

office location and coworkers were great

Cons

Absolutely management. Can someone tell me why Adam Puttkammer still has a job here? You let David go, the only manager that motivated us. You force us into a restructure that is clearly not working. You let US go, for your poor choices Adam.... we have worked our butts of for years for you. We have sacrificed our personal lives and families for you. Instead of motivating us, you threaten us. Please kids....DO NOT WORK HERE. This place does damage to your self esteem and to your life. I feel sorry for the young college grads that they will try to recruit to rebuild this place. They won't know any better and will taken advantage of. Being a top sales person for years, I should not have lost my job. Adam should have. However, leaving is the best thing to happen to me. I will not miss this place one bit. What a misery.
