Pros
In my team, my coworkers and team-lead were very friendly and easy to get along with.
Cons
The management is just awful. They have a very old set of outdated rules that they refuse to change no matter what, and they are completely unwilling to have discussions about changes that would make the lives of their employees better. The food is awful, the portions ridiculously small and nobody is allowed a second portion. Remote work is never allowed, independent of whether or not it makes sense. The management was also flat-out rude and disrespectful to me during our one-to-one conversations.
