Pros

Great place if you want to punch in, punch out, and collect a below average paycheck. You'll rarely (if ever) bring work thoughts home. Depending upon your role, there are overtime opportunities during peak periods, particularly around the holidays. Otherwise, you'll easily only work a 40 hour week.

Cons

There are very few areas of advancement. Doing well at your job will get you more work and at times responsibility, but rarely more pay. Perks are given out on a very unprofessional "subjective" system. *subjective is a direct quote from end of year bonus request to keep confidential, despite sharing pay being a protected activity.

Pros

Night shift is a really cool work environment Night shift was trusted to do work and wasn’t bothered about phone use

Cons

They will train you in other positions and then tell you you don’t get a raise just a betyer bonus at the end of the year but at the end of the year they give you a letter reminding you your bonus isn’t deserved or to be expected it’s a “gift” I was a lead and trainer for 10/11 months and they gave me 300$ to compensate for all that hard work and training I conducted. Mangers are cool but the big dogs don’t care what they have to say so they can’t advocate for you even if they try.
