      - If you work here you will experience the true meaning of being a part of a team. - Unlike large corporations that make you jump through ten hoops to get one thing done, PPM treats everyone equally with trust and respect. - Centrally located in the heart of Gainesville, there is no such thing as a long commute. - Owners Alex and Jason are constantly searching for ways to improve. Because of this, they have created a work environment where suggestions and ideas are not only welcomed, but encouraged. - Working for a solar energy company is a lot more fulfilling than an oil company :) - Alex and Jason are very busy, but always take the time to show appreciation to their employees.

      Pros

      The company is run by real solar professionals that are honest, hard working individuals who I have worked with for over 12 years. I wouldn't want to work for any other solar company.

      Solar is a tough industry and an ever changing landscape so you have to be nimble and be a fast learner to adapt and succeed.

      I began working on market development projects in 2012 for Power Production Management. Since then, the company has grown to include office management, a warehouse, a staff installation crew, a service department, and a customer care retinue. I've been honored to work with each member over the span of 15+ years - observing each striving to provide clean solar energy and exemplary customer service.

      Cons

      Over the 15+ years of Power Production Management - now operating as PPM Solar - hundreds of solar energy systems have been installed across Florida. So, of course, challenges have occurred. However, Alex and Jason's (owners) leadership is always driven for the resolution to any situation. They truly focus on ensuring amicable solutions.
