      *Learn a lot about the industry *Lots of training onsite & sometimes training off site *Some managers do care about your well being

      Cons

      *Can have negative environment at times- CSR vs Dispatch vs. Techs/Managers *Micromanaging from owner/managers *Lots of things change within a week - policies/procedures/etc. almost way too overwhelming at times *No accountability *Not much room for growth

      The company is growing and has big plans. Everyone is friendly and family-oriented. They have a strong service foundation.

      Cons

      Management has concrete growth plans, but they need to have a firm idea of what they expect from staff. Too many decisions seem to be made on the fly or a whim.
