      The market leader with hard working teams environment. Clear goals and a work ethic that doesn’t micro-manage but lets you figure out how to hit the goal. Stock based comp paying off massively as the company growth accelerates

      A lot of people thats been at the company a long time

      Cons

      - Executive leadership team works hybrid or remote but expect everyone to be onsite. Does not role model, poor culture - Does not invest in people or systems - No work / life balance - Look are your diversity of your population and there’s only white leaders at the top
