Joining this organisation was the worst decision of my life. When you work with an organisation you naturally expect a sense of comfort, belief, trust and respect from your fellow employers and higher management. But unfortunately, power gummies fails to provide any of these things. The so called senior management has no respect for their employees. They consider them as their slaves and give no sense of respect and has no humanity. The most shocking thing is that the people from senior management only body shame the employees, pass negative comments and create a very negative environment. There were times when being smart and intellectual was a problem to them. They expect their employees to just follow their strict old rigid rules and regulations and you are many a times scolded if you talk to other team members. The whole sole motive is to divide and rule. I had the worst experience of my life. Would never recommend anyone to work here. If you are looking for a work life balance and a healthy work environment then surely power gummies is not the right place to work with.
