I have worked at this company for 5+ years and it truly is a great company to be part of. As an ESOP, each employee has a stake in seeing the company grow to its fullest potential. The company offers a lot of personal growth with multiple opportunities and training. The company offers flexibility and helps you balance your and family life.

Nothing so far in my 5+ years employed at PCA

Competitive pay and benefits. A "family friendly" atmosphere. Relaxed working conditions. Flexible work hours. Genuinely friendly and helpful management. Very talented coworkers.

Frequent location changes. Fairly regular layoffs. Nepotism. No real room for promotions without an engineering degree. A "Party" culture (use of alcohol at company functions). The job is, essentially, based on contracts and, as such, no contracts mean no work. Occasional poor business decisions by the upper management lead to employee cutbacks.
