      Pros

      I have worked at this company for 5+ years and it truly is a great company to be part of. As an ESOP, each employee has a stake in seeing the company grow to its fullest potential. The company offers a lot of personal growth with multiple opportunities and training. The company offers flexibility and helps you balance your and family life.

      Pros

      Great collaboration among team members even though majority of individuals work remotely. Home office provides support for field inspectors and field inspectors provide training, experience and knowledge to the whole team. Very versatile company providing top-notch services in Engineering, Surveying, Construction Oversight, Environmental Inspection, Drone Services, Retail Rate Design. Family feel, transparent management. Recently converted ESOP means all employees are owners.

      Pros

      It offered a little work experience. Even if it was very little actual experience.

      Cons

      The owner is a complete idiot. It's also a family company. Not meaning they have family values, meaning they employ unqualified family members for positions they don't actually do.
