Minimal effort put into ensuring employees health and well-being were protected. Dangerous processes used with little to no safety consideration, LOTO regularly avoided, dangerous walk-in freezers used that employees had been accidentally locked in with sub-zero temperatures, owners refused to provide proper equipment for the movement of heavyweight drums and materials.
