- Extremely low pay.
- Resort managers who had never worked a ski season and had no language abilities.
- Head office treated resort staff terribly and sacked a few of them for very little reason, leaving us short-staffed.
- Inappropriate behavior between management and resort staff.
- Expectations put on chalet staff were crazy.
- Company owner and her right-hand man are horrid and treat all of their staff with disdain.
