7yWe appreciate your feedback and have put significant resources toward enhancing our training processes. We are still a young organization and our growth requires brand new processes to address brand new challenges. This applies not only to training but also to automating the manual work that you have described. Potoo always strives to be as candid in the interviewing process as possible as to what to expect and we feel confident the tasks assigned were aligned with that expectation.
Potoo puts a lot of thought into the candidates we move forward with in the hiring process and we only want to put those individuals in a position where they can succeed. We acknowledge your frustration but this isn't the best forum to speak directly to the exact conditions surrounding the need to terminate your employment. However, we must protect our clients and any employee that treats that fact casually, especially after given a previous warning, must be dealt with swiftly.
