Potenza Technology Response
6yObviously it is always disappointing to hear negative feedback, especially when it is through a forum such as this rather than directly as there is no real opportunity to engage and understand how problems can be addressed and resolved, and to present the constraints and plans of the business. As a small, growing business we are constantly striving to improve, and the team is focused on that . Plans, for example, to extending parking are proceeding through the planning process. Much of the advice feedback does align to how we are taking the business forwards, with core product being developed through to a fully qualified state, with significant investment being made from within the business so the individual may not have fully understood the company strategy (a note to me as a Director to look at how we are communicating this internally).
Some of the feedback is difficult to respond to without more information, but what I would say is where customers are supplied prototype level systems, they are made aware. A key point is probably a misunderstanding on the nature of the business, as we are primarily a consultancy, and this underpins the financials of the business. Where we are going is towards leveraging the skills we have to develop products, and technology grants support the investment this requires (rather than being relied upon).
Will try to take positive steps from this to ensure people in the business are clearer on the company vision, values and strategy which are not fully transparent based on the feedback above. We do have a suggestions board accessible to all employees for improvements which is reviewed at management meetings, this is a good medium to raise suggestions for improvement against which actions can be planned.
