Well-intentioned employees. Work life balance for many.

Poor pay and no benefits. Poor financial management. Many many layoffs and restructurings. The spiritual angle they talk about internally - holding Buddhist principles, etc. - is not reflected in the work with clients, which is typical standardized leadership material. It’s not a research firm in the way that they claim. Their version of research is sending out surveys and picking and choosing whatever data suits them.
