Extremely well led startup. Not only smart and ambitious, but shockingly mature by any standard. Super focused on the main targets, immune to distractions and very empowering to staff at all levels. Amazing project, reliable partners, and serious about good work. Not. One. Fusball, Table. Great company
Cons
It is a startup, so can be volatile (never more than 12 months from disaster) since funding and macro events have real impact to your career track.
