-The best team to work with. Everyone is working towards the same goals and want the best for the company -The management team are so supportive of everyone -I feel so appreciated by the management team every day, not a day goes by where we don't get thanked for our work -Employees are cared about as people, not just a number. Every team member is receiving financial support over the winter to help with the cost of living crisis. -So much opportunity for growth and the management team encourage this. I have been given a lot of opportunity to progress in my 2&1/2 years at Postworks and have been taught so much by other members of the team -Free coffee and lunch every day -As a mum of a young child I am so grateful that Postworks understand that sometimes things happen (child being poorly etc) and always encourage us to put our families first. I have been able to work flexibly and split my time between home and the office since returning from maternity leave which has been invaluable to our family.

There are no cons to working at Postworks!

At Postworks, there is very much a team mentality - we work towards the same company goals and strive to lift our colleagues up whenever possible. As a business, Postworks pushes its employees to strive for greatness and to never benchmark. As a company, Postworks supports it's employee's goals to grow as professionals as well as individuals. It's humbling and amazing to be part of a company that cares so much about it's people and it's integrity as a business.

As a software company, a lot of the work is done on a computer which means it is harder to stay physically active during the work day.
