Free fruit everyday and there is a pub across the road

Rubbish pay for the stress/pressure put on employees, senior management are unapproachable and seem to spend their days gossiping/whispering/whatsapping their partners, awful training, changes to processes too of often, very little recognition for any employee who is not a ‘favourite’ to the director.
