      - Lots of autonomy, especially for devs - Easy to make an impact - Doing important work, we enable people to work outside traditional environments - Culture is great, love the coworkers

      - Perks aren't amazing compared to other SF companies (although they offer high salaries) - Can be intense during crunch time
