Cheap Company - No Job Security - Paint Line Postle Aluminum Employee Review

Boring Job - Cleaning and hanging aluminum parts on a belt to be painted. Parts can be heavy at times and you are on your feet the whole time. Company has constant turnover of people due to low pay and people are always complaining that they don't get the money they were told they would get when hired. 90 day raise is a joke, try never. Lots of illegals work here. Managers are very disorganized and they will have you jump around to different departments doing jobs that are not part of your department. They are very rude about it. Machines are always breaking down which causes you to loose any production bonuses (they are small to begin with).
