Pros

It's a great pleasure working in such a good atmosphere. Mainly for the beginners it is a very good platform (workplace) to learn very fast & eventually you'll become very much dependent in taking decisions in work. You'll be trained in such a way that your confidence level will become very high. Have seen so many of them working with full stress & pressure. But here we don't have stress at all which helps us to boost overall productivity. You get to learn several new applications and technologies. If there is healthy and friendly competition, you develop yourself and can emulate many things from your co-workers. There are trainings available which would be sponsored by the company if you are interested to take up. Last but not the least, i have been working for such a long period is only because of flexibility of work. Thanks to all my Directors...

Sorry i don't have any cons as such related to work. My only concern is office is too very far to reach. Hopefully we'll have a setup in center of the city soon. :-)
