We strive to provide our employees and customers with updates and information in an honest and timely manner. Our employees are our biggest asset and therefore we pride ourselves in treating them with honesty, professionalism, and respect. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our business as a government contractor, there are certain contractual requirements that are not under Posterity’s control. These include work locations, work hours, position descriptions and/or certain work conditions which are all dictated by our customers. In such instances, we ensure that our employees receive updates as soon as possible. Additionally, we ensure that all new hires who work on a government contract are familiar with the demands of their position prior to accepting the job offer. This prevents misunderstandings and miscommunications from occurring.
