Where do I begin - Extruder Operator Post Consumer Brands Employee Review

HR is non existent. Union folks coast by on seniority and don’t do the work. Buddy systems in place to prevent success. Management is literally garbage. Turnover rate is absurd. You will have stress and uncomfortable situations daily. You will hate getting in your car to drive to work everyday. You will be looking for a new job within 3-6 months. Every place has its issues but POST has more drama and issues than the largest social media platform. Zero accountability, structure, discipline and no basic standards for most practices.
