      Little attempt to retain new employees (i.e. anyone with fewer than 10-15 years with the company). No diversity. Poor management practices, which alienate employees.

      The staff at Post Bulletin comprises seasoned local reporters with talents for creating and teaching news. They all were friendly and very welcoming and clearly cared about all employees.

      Cons

      As an intern, it felt difficult to fill some days with meaningful work.
