Pros

My coworkers were really wonderful people.

Cons

Communication from management was heavily lacking. The owner is involved in all projects and required approval for everything before moving forward, but was very difficult to get responses from when asked. Getting any one-on-one time scheduled was nearly impossible, unless you walked into the office and just felt like you were interrupting.

Pros

Super talented and creative team of pros that are fun to work with. Great place to work if you like to work on a variety of creative and interactive content. Design, production, post, animation, interactive AR/VR, original music, etc.

Cons

Small company, less than 15 employees.

Pros

It's a small company with a lot of work to be done. If you want to work hard on just about anything related to commercial broadcast or corporate media, I don't know how you could get better experience with a more welcoming, talented, and nice group of people. Are there rough spots? Yes, with any small family there are. With the occasional tough client or demanding project there are. But for the most part we go home on time, and if you try to be as helpful as you'll find everyone else there to be, your days will be overwhelmingly positive and full of satisfaction. Good people work there for a looooong time.

Cons

The standard rough days that go along with ambitious projects and tight deadlines, as is the case for every business involved in advertising or corporate media production. I doubt that such days are unique in degree, or quantity, at Post Asylum & Element X.
