      Can’t think of anything that is actually good

      Cons

      Office staff that are more interested in politics and saving their own jobs than the people we support. Take to much funding and lie about it… never once consult the people who do the job before making decisions. Avoid if you can

      Pros

      Great company to work for because of the diverse skills learnt on the job. Loved working with other staff and participants.

      Cons

      You can burn out quickly when picking up too many shifts at the start (100+ hrs a fortnight).
