Wasted too many years of my life in dead end job - Manufacturing Supervisor Positronic Employee Review

The only problem solving method is to throw labor at it, hopefully cheap labor. Old school managers promoted from within without having qualifications led to no actual engineering talent on staff. The whole system was built without any vision so is very haphazard. Difficult to see any improvement coming.
