      Lots of direct service experience, super supportive staff, admin court experience, get to make a real difference for low income disabled community.

      Cons

      You have to be comfortable with a lot of direct client contact. Not for those who would rather do transactional stuff or predominately research and writing.

      Great cause and have been doing amazing work in the community

      Cons

      Leadership is so outdated, was still using paper timesheets and could barely use calendar system with their office suite. It made the job difficult to conduct regaular process
