Pros
Positive Pathways has been the best ABA agency I have worked for. The directors, staff, supervisors, and co-workers were all very caring and supportive. Whenever I had questions and reached out to the staff, they would reply in a timely manner and always answered my questions clearly. They go above and beyond to support BTs and I felt appreciated for the work I do, which made me feel like the work I do is meaningful. This is especially important, as the work we do can oftentimes be challenging. They truly care about the employees and I felt comfortable reaching out to the different staff. I personally feel like the benefits they offered were great compared to many others. They also provide PPE for employees doing work in the field. I highly recommend Positive Pathways!
Cons
Nothing particular to the company, but fewer chances to meet with co-workers due to the nature of a behavior technician's work and last-minute cancellations.
